Red Snapper Crudo

This crudo keeps things clean and focused—just fresh Seremoni Grade Red Snapper, bright citrus, and good olive oil. The orange zest adds a subtle sweetness that plays off the briny pop of capers, while flaky salt ties everything together. It’s quick to prepare, light, and all about letting the quality of the fish speak for itself.
Ingredients
- 6 oz Seremoni Grade Red Snapper, skin-off, thinly sliced
- Zest of ½ an orange (use a microplane)
- 2 tsp small capers, rinsed and dried
- 2–3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil (fruity but not too sharp)
- Flaky sea salt
Arrange thin slices of fish slightly overlapping on a chilled plate or platter.
Lightly sprinkle with flaky salt and a twist of black pepper.
Scatter capers evenly over the fish. Using a microplane, grate fresh orange zest directly on top so the oils release onto the fish.
Drizzle generously with olive oil right before serving.
